With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
How To Measure Your Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO:
1.- Quita el papel blanco protector y coloca el transfer con las piedras hacia abajo encima de la prenda donde quieras aplicar.
2.- Cubre la transferencia con un paño de algodón.
3.- Elige la temperatura "de algodón" en la plancha. Importante: no utilice ningún vapor. Pasa la plancha sobre la transferencia haciendo presión durante aprox. 25 - 40 segundos, asegurándote que le das calor a todo el transfer.
4.- Dale la vuelta a la prenda y plancha por el revés
5.- Vuelve a darle la vuelta a la prenda y deja enfriar completamente.
6.- Cuando esté completamente fría quita el plástico protector.
